Wizard Solutions SAL builds and supports Wizard Cloud ERP from Lebanon. Over 1,000 businesses across Lebanon and the Gulf run their accounting, stock, sales and operations on it, including Al Mandaloun Group, Choucair Group, K-Lynn and M. Nassif & Fils.
What we build, and who for
We build one product and support it ourselves. Wizard Cloud ERP runs accounting, stock, sales, purchasing, payroll and operations from a single database, and it is sold mostly to companies of twenty to a few hundred people who have outgrown spreadsheets but are nowhere near needing an enterprise suite.
Most of our customers trade in more than one currency and run more than one location. That shaped the product more than any feature request ever did, which is why multi-currency sits in the core ledger rather than in an add-on.
We are not the right answer for everyone. Complex manufacturers and groups that need a globally recognised platform for statutory reporting are better served elsewhere, and we will say so on a first call rather than three months into an implementation.
How we work with customers
The same team builds the software, runs the implementation and answers the phone afterwards. There is no partner in the middle, so a problem never becomes a conversation about whose fault it is.
